Fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and main tourist spots in Nerja. Conveniently situated near Calle San Juan de Capistrano. - Close proximity to the town center and shops.

Good sized and newly decorated room with coffee, an even larger outside terrace, as for instance, and there's free parking onsite, if you travel by car. All the staff members are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The location is good and unbeatable, bars and cafés were not far from the hotel.

Really enjoyed the place, had a delightful stay for holidays. I had a lovely and perfect superior double room. - Soft beds, a lounge, a kettle, and a TV with DVD player were a nice touch. - the staff were both fabulous and fantastic. - Its location not very far from Punta Lara was super. Rewritten: I had a wonderful time at Los Arcos in Nerja. the superior double room I stayed in was lovely and perfect. the soft beds, lounge area, kettle, and a TV with DVD player added a nice touch to the room. the staff were fabulous and fantastic, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel not very far from Punta Lara was super.

Goog value for money, spacious, and bright room, with balcony, good menu for bar foods, attentive service. Good selection for breakfast. Complimentary fridge was a good addition.
Breakfast was a little un-organised. Not really sure if there was not any hot food left if we could go and order more. Service could have been a little more attentive for breakfast, stafff too busy cleaning.!! Fruit salad could have been fresh instead of tinned.

The hotel was quiet. The pool was very convenient outside my bedroom door. The restaurant was second to none. Staff could not do enough for you. Will definately be booking again next year. I would more than highly recommend this hotel for my age group (mid 60's). Thank you!
With reference to the location of the hotel, there is a very steep climb from the beach back to the hotel. You really would need to be fairly mobile. In relation to the hotel, I have absoolutely no complaints.

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a newly decorated room with a balcony. the hotel offered exceptional bacon, eggs, pastries, and cheese for breakfast.

Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff. Excellent accommodation standard and very clean.
Only tea bags in room but no milk. Coffee creamer provided but no coffee. Notices in the rooms advertise a free bottle of wine for guests dining in the hotel restaurant but this offer is no longer available. Various notices need updating, including the restaurant menu on display which states IVA at 8% included when the actual price is IVA at 10% not included.

The location is great, just a short walk to a beach with mountain views, and the room is spacious, newly decorated, and equipped with a free safe.

The good long walk up the hill from the beach
I booked this hotel because of the way the superior double room was described- I.e it said it had a huge terrace with sunloungers and terrace shower. The images used on this website are very mis-leading as when we arrived we were shown to a tiny room which barely fitted the 2 single beds- a twin room called a double- then the balcony was even smaller and was the exact size of 2 sun loungers! We complained straight away and were shown to another room down a private corridor, which there were 2 of, maybe these are kept just in case of complainers like us-i know the hotel is only 3 star(2 really) and its not 5 star, but I do expect to ge what the web site advertises. Also toaster is a total health and safety risk, someone maybe a child is going to be electicuted as the only means to get bread out is with a pronged set of tongs!!

Every part of hotel was perfect, bit of a walk to beach and centre of town but we just wanted to chill out so it was perfect
